Vacation Planner began with a simple idea: that the best way to experience Bhutan is through the eyes of the people who call it home.
Our founders grew up in Bumthang and Mongar, and started guiding visitors on the trails above their villages. Today our team of guides, drivers, trekking cooks and planners shares the same belief — that travel should be slow, respectful and mutually enriching.
We are licensed by the Department of Tourism and a member of the Association of Bhutanese Tour Operators. Every guide is certified, every vehicle is maintained to the highest standard, and every itinerary is personally checked by someone who has walked it.
